JEEVAN SADHANA
School History
Fifty years ago, the founder members, Shri Sanat Mehta, Late Smt. Aruna Mehta, Mr. Pushkar Pandya, Mr Navneet Dave and Ms. Manda Amin sowed the seeds of “Jeevan Sadhana” at a nondescript godown at Hujarat Paga in Vadodara on 18th February, 1956. Prior to this, they had established a Montessori School named ”Bal Sadhana” near Sultanpura.

Incidentally, these founder members were ardent followers of socialistic ideology. The inception of Jeevan Sadhana was the culmination of their dreams. They wished to serve and empower the weaker and downtrodden sections of the society. Today, this seed has sprouted and blossomed into a sprawling tree, spreading its shade, fragrance and fruits throughout the society. It upholds the ideology of its mentor and founder member Late Smt. Aruna Mehta - ‘LET THE LITTLE FLOWERS BLOOM’
At Jeevan Sadhana we believe that education has been the single most important factor in shaping the future of the society. So we envisioned an educational philosophy that keeps pace with growing demands adequately for the world of today and tomorrow; a world which is diverse, competitive, technology - driven and globalised. We nurture, guide and direct our students and help them to become competent, confident and contended citizens.

In the midst of the growing demands of present day society, we have never failed to inculcate among our students Indian values of compassion, altruism and humanism. We always strive to imbibe the spirit of national unity and integrity. Thus, we aim to cater to the needs of the new generation that will, in the true sense, be ideal citizens of future India.
